Data we process

The portfolio website does not require an account. Standard hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security-related request information needed to serve and protect the site.

Public AI/MCP tools process the task-specific facts supplied in a tool call so they can return the requested workflow guidance or regulatory preflight. Depending on the product and client, bounded operational telemetry may include timestamp, tool name, success or error outcome, latency, declared client or integration name when supplied, coarse source attribution, request or correlation identifier when supplied, and deployment revision.

Data we do not need

Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment credentials, patient records, full care files, full conversation histories, contact lists, or unrelated confidential information. RegEvidenceHub public AI/MCP surfaces are designed to work from bounded task facts rather than broad personal profiles.

How we use information

Information is used to provide the requested tool result, maintain service reliability, diagnose failures, protect the services from abuse, monitor official-source health, and measure aggregate product usage. We do not use public AI/MCP tool usage to build advertising profiles.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers used to deliver and secure the website and MCP services. We do not sell user data. We do not share tool inputs with regulators or licensing authorities unless a separate product feature explicitly says it performs such an action; the current public RegEvidenceHub OpenAI submission surfaces do not submit anything to regulators.

Retention

The RegEvidenceHub portfolio website does not intentionally maintain an application-level customer database. Hosting providers may retain infrastructure and security logs according to their own service settings and policies.

The public OpenAI submission surfaces are designed not to persist substantive regulatory case payloads at the application layer. Where other RegEvidenceHub product surfaces retain bounded operational telemetry for reliability, security, attribution, or aggregate measurement, there is currently no guaranteed automatic deletion interval; operational records may be retained until they are no longer reasonably needed for those purposes or are deleted in response to a valid request.

User controls

Because the public surfaces do not require user accounts, there is no account dashboard containing personal data. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of information that can reasonably be identified as relating to your use by emailing launchcircle.server@gmail.com. Include only the minimum information needed to locate the record, such as approximate date/time, product used, and a request/correlation identifier if one was shown. Do not send confidential case documents.

International processing

Service infrastructure may process request data in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards and terms of the infrastructure providers used to operate the service.
