Evidence is part of the product
RegEvidenceHub does not treat a regulatory webpage as a timeless rule. Decision-bearing sources are tracked separately from the rules derived from them.
When evidence changes, becomes unavailable, conflicts with another current source, or requires review, affected conclusions can be withheld instead of silently continuing with an outdated assumption.
Source provenance
Where the regulatory fact came from and which official source supports the reviewed rule.
Source status
Whether the reviewed evidence remains usable, changed, unavailable, conflicting, or pending review.
Decision status
Whether the available evidence and supplied facts are sufficient for the requested conclusion.
Fail-closed behavior
Affected conclusions are withheld or routed to review when required evidence cannot safely support them.
What we do not claim
Public availability of a source does not itself mean RegEvidenceHub owns or republishes that source content. The products are designed around structured facts, bounded evidence metadata, source links, and reviewed rule logic rather than wholesale republication of third-party pages or documents.
