For a technical issue, include the product name, approximate date/time, tool or workflow used, and non-sensitive error text. Include a request/correlation identifier only if one was shown.

Security

Never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, payment credentials, patient records, full care files, or unrelated confidential material to support or to a RegEvidenceHub MCP tool.
