MWO Toronto Direct Hire: resolve jurisdiction first

The Phase 0 checker uses the current DMW MWO directory to map the Canadian jobsite before it evaluates the rest of the Direct Hire checklist.

Quick route

1 · Confirm routeDirect Hire · Professional/Skilled · Canada jobsite.
2 · Check readinessApply central DMW and the supported MWO branch.
3 · Fix gaps firstResolve MISSING and REVIEW items before submission.

Current Toronto-jurisdiction destinations

The current DMW directory maps Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Nunavut to MWO Toronto.

Why the checker is conservative

The product does not convert an older Toronto direct-hire PDF into current office-specific PASS rules. Where current Toronto-specific evidence is not established, it relies on current central DMW rules and fails closed rather than guessing.

What to do next

Confirm the province or territory, then work through the Phase 1 documentary checks. Items that cannot be verified from current official evidence remain REVIEW.

Scope boundary. This is a pre-submission readiness tool, not DMW/MWO approval, legal advice, Direct Hire Clearance, or OEC issuance. When current official sources conflict or do not verify a requirement, the checker returns REVIEW rather than guessing.
